Customer Service Representative
Customer Support Team
- Offer Customer Service Support by answering to queries via means of telecommunication.
- Respond to customer emails which includes (but not limited to) feedbacks, and complaints.
- Assist customers on warranty claims and product returns.
- To ensure that customers are satisfied with the products, services, and features provided by COSMO.
- Any other additional duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Sales Representative
Marketing & Sales Team
- Accountable for promoting COSMO’s products, services, and features via means of telecommunication.
- Identify leads and educate prospects on COSMO’s products through calls, trainings, and presentations.
- Provide existing customers with exceptional support.
- Generate marketing ideas and be actively involved in meetings.
- Any other additional duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Technical Support Manager
IT Support
- Manage technical service-related operations in relation to COSMO
- Oversee the work of engineering, IT or maintenance staff to ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
- Ensure that physical inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
- Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies.
- Recommend technological changes to products or services to fulfil customer needs.
Administrative Assistant
Human Resource
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of department.
- Answers phone calls, schedule meetings and support the COSMO team.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and more.
- Be able to multi-task and work well with Microsoft Office (*Excel, Word, Powerpoint*)
- Any other additional duties as assigned by Head of Department.
